Under the guidance of Brigadier W.K.S.P.M.R.A.B Dodamwala psc, Commander of 522 Infantry Brigade, and the supervision of Major S.H Sudhusinghe, Commanding Officer of the 10th Battalion Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment (10 VIR), the troops of 10 VIR conducted a tree planting programme at St. Anthony's Church, Manalkadu, on 04th February 2025 in conjunction with the 77th National Independence Day.
During the programme, 40 Bulu, Orange, and Kumbuk saplings were planted around the premises.
Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and villagers participated in the event.
