10 SLSR Troops Complete their Battalion Training Course

10 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) troops of the 591 Infantry Brigade of the 59 Infantry Division under command to the Security Force HQ - Mullaittivu completed their Battalion Training course at Nandikadal 59 Infantry Division Training School on Monday (10).

Major General M.K Jayawardana RSP VSV USP ndu graced the closing ceremony as the Chief Guest in the awarding ceremony.

8 Officers and 259 Other Ranks of the 10 SLSR followed the two-month long course.

Captain P.K.H Walgampola, Lance Corporal D.G.H.M Jayarathne and Rifleman M.C.M Peiris were respectively awarded as Best Student, Best Shooter and Best in Physicality in the course.
