On information received from civilians, Intelligence troops of the 54 Division recovered 10 kg of Kerala cannabis, worth about Rs 3 million from a hide-out in Pesalai, Mannar this morning (16).
11 Sri Lanka Artillery troops detected the stock and handed it over to Pesalai Police for further investigations.
