A panel of resource personnel, including Mrs Pavithra Wanniarachchi, Hon Minister of Health, Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID 19 Outbreak (NOCPCO), Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army, Dr Susi Perera, Medical Specialist, Dr Samitha Ginige, Medical Specialist and Mr Ajith Rohana, Deputy Inspector General of Police, took part in Wednesday's evening's (7) ‘Aluth Parlimenthuwa’, TV feature in 'Derana'.
A broad spectrum of perspectives, concerns and interests were discussed on the emergence of new positive cases of COVID-19 Outbreak’, clusters, transmission's status quo, need for preventive health practices, and how to mitigate the increase of COVID-19 positive patients, etc.
