A refresher course conducted by the Security Force Headquarters-Wanni (SFHQ-W) for the officers in the SFHQ-W area who are to sit the Defence Services Command and Staff Course at the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC), Sapugaskanda concluded on Friday (17) at the lecture hall, Officers Mess, SFHQ-W.
The refresher course commenced on 03 July where several lectures regarding the command and staff duties in the course were delivered by student officers of the ‘psc’ qualified officers.
Lieutenant Colonel J.P. Withanarachchi, General Staff Officer – I (Operations), SFHQ-W attended the closing ceremony who delivered the closing address.
