The 631 Brigade medical team, based in Karathivu under Task Force 3 of the Security Forces Headquarters-East (SFHQ-E) offered medical assistance to the devotees, engaged in the annual ‘Pada Yathra’ when they were passing Thirikkovil area of the 631 Brigade.
12 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) troops conducted this mobile clinic on Sunday (7) as those Hindu devotees were reaching the area. Refreshments were also provided to those devotees by the troops.

Meanwhile, 2 SLNG troops based in Ichchalanpattu under 222 Brigade of 22 Division cleaned up the Udappukerni Vidyalayam premises on Sunday (7) with the aim of containing the spread of Dengue epidemic.
The project was assisted by teachers and parents.
