Former Commander of the Army General Daya Ratnayake (retd) made a farewell courtesy call on Hon State Minister of Defence Mr. Ruwan Wijewardene on Thursday (26) at the Ministry of Defence.
During the cordial discussions, State Minister Wijewardene extended his good wishes to the outgoing Commander for all his future endeavours.
