A well-equipped modern library plus a gymnasium, a long-felt need for the troops serving the 57 Division Headquarters, Kilinochchi, became a reality on Monday (16), following initiatives taken by Brigadier K.R.P. Rowel, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 57 Division.
During a brief ceremony, both the library and the gymnasium were declared open by the GOC, in the company of a representative gathering of 57 Division officers and other ranks.
