Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C) with a view to promoting the knowledge on military matters of officers arranged a couple of lecture sessions, based on different themes on Wednesday (3).
On the directions of Major General A.P De Z Wickramaratne, Commander, SFHQ-C, Major General D.S.N.K Senadeera, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 11 Division facilitated the conduct of a lecture, themed on ‘Private University Concept Impact on Sri Lankan Free Education System’ in the presence of senior officers.
2 (V) Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) officers and other rankers serving the 11 Division presented the above lecture where senior officers as observers took part.
Brigade Commanders’ of 111 and 112 Brigades, Commanding officers and around 40 officers attended this officer training session.
Meanwhile, Captain D.Y.S Kumara (SLAMC) and Lieutenant A.C.K Udugama (SLAMC) also delivered interesting lectures on ‘Healthy Army Healthy Nation’. Around 17 officers and 105 other rankers attended the event.
