Workshop Discusses Welfare Issues of Gampaha War Heroes

A joint workshop, held by the Directorate of Rehabilitation and other Directorates on the guidelines given by the Commander of the Army recently discussed welfare issues of medically boarded out and completely disabled War Heroes in the Gampaha district at the Commando Regiment Regimental Centre in Ganemulla.

Directorates of Personnel Administration, Pay and Records, Medical Services, Welfare, Veteran Affairs, Legal Services, and medical staff of the Ranawiru Sevana Ragama actively contributed to the discussion sessions in the workshop.

Brigadier Thushan Senarathna, Director Rehabilitation, Brigadier P.D.A.G Senadheera, Deputy Director Rehabilitation and a few senior Officers took the initiative in this regard.
