US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defence (DASD) for South and South East Asia, Dr Joshep Felter paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake this morning (13).
During the cordial discussion that followed, the Commander and the US Deputy Assistant Secretary discussed matters relating to bilateral importance and mutual relevance. They also exchanged views on current security developments and also concerns of military significance.
Exchange of mementos brought the brief meeting to an end.
