Under the guidance of the General Officer Commanding 24 Division Major General Thilan Weerakoon, a special programme was organized by 24 Division troops on Thursday (01) to mark the World Children’s Day in collaboration with the Urban Council in Ampara and Seylan Bank. Organized to provide incentives to deserving children in Ampara District, it got underway at the Urban Council Park in Ampara attracting hundreds of children.
