On a proposal made by Major General Jagath Rathnayake, Commander, Security Forces Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT), arrangements were made for all Officers serving the SFHQ-MLT and all under command formations to listen to a lecture on ‘Personal grooming & how to build the professional image’ on Monday (27).
