Troops Deliver Sponsored Dry Ration Packs

Sponsorship extended by Puttalam-based ‘Muslim Hand Organization’ to the 54 Division HQ in Mannar enabled free distribution of 50 kg of wheat flour, 20 kg of red rice, 14 kg of biscuits and 04 kg of tea bags among children orphanages and elders’ home in Mannar.

Officers and Other Rankers with those dry ration stocks visited the ‘Annai Ellam’ children’s orphanage, St Joseph Vass children’s house and the ‘Shanthonam’ elders’ home in the general areas of Mannar and handed over those relief packets on Thursday (23).

The project was organized on the instructions of Major General Indrajith Bandara, General Officer Commanding, 54 Division in close coordination with the donor organization with the backing of the Security Force HQ - Wanni. Running sneakers | Nike Shoes
