Troops of the 65 Division under the Security Force – Kilinochchi with a view to further strengthening mutual understanding with civilians conducted a few more projects in the area of responsibility during 5 - 7 June 2018.
Troops of 15 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment at first organized a Shramadana campaign to clean the Kansapuram Pullayar Kovil premises. Similarly, troops of 1 Gajaba Regiment meanwhile conducted a Shramadana campaign to clean either side of the road from Koddekaddiyarkulam to Ambalaperumalkulam during the same period.
Meanwhile, troops of the 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment conducted a Sharamadana campaign to clean Oddaruthhakkulam Radam pre-School premises and its surroundings. Over 150 troops participated in these Shramadana campaigns.
Those Sharmadana campaigns were organized on the directions of the Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi, Major General Niyshshanka Ranawana and under the close supervision of the General Officer Commanding, 65 Division, Major General Kumara Peiris.
