MANNAR: THIRTEEN MORE civilians vacating their homes in un-cleared areas arrived in the cleared area of PALLAIMUNAI Saturday (5) evening seeking protection from the Security Forces.
Four males, three females and six children reported to the PALLAIMUNAI Navy point at about 3.30 p.m. after they had fled from their native places to avoid LTTE harassment and atrocities.
