10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) troops of the 653 Brigade under the Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) extended their assistance on Monday (11) to clean the Ambalpuram Tamil School premises at Anandapuram in Kilinochchi.
The ‘Shramadana’ programme was organized under the supervision of Major General Kumara Peiris, General Officer Commanding, 65 Division and Colonel Robin Jayasooriya, Brigade Commander, 653 Brigade.
Around 30 troops of 10 SLLI voluntarily took part in the ‘Shramadana’ campaign at the request of authorities.
