Following a request, the Security Force Headquarters - West (SFHQ-West) took steps to educate students at Borella All Saints’ College on emergency preparations in the event of any violent attacks or other threats against the college.
On the instructions of Major General Mahinda Mudalige, Commander, Security Forces - West, the General Officer Commanding, 14 Division facilitated Lieutenant Colonel M.B.B Herath, Staff Officer I (Coordination) in the 14 Division to deliver the lecture in this regard.
