SLLI Colonel of the Regiment Meets Troops in 6 SLLI Camp

Major General S.R.K Hettiarachchi RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc, Commander Security Forces-Jaffna and Colonel of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment (SLLI) undertook a field visit to the 6 SLLI camp in Mihinthale in order to receive updates on administrative matters and their role and tasks.

During the visit, the 6 SLLI Commanding Officer warmly welcomed the visiting Colonel of the Regiment and comprehensively briefed him on their present role and tasks. In addition, the visiting Colonel of the Regiment inquired about their logistic needs and administrative matters before necessary guidelines were given.

Major General S.R.K Hettiarachchi RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc afterwards addressed 6 SLLI troops and had a cordial interaction with them.

Overlooking SLLI Centre Commandant, Colonel L.H.C.R Siriwardana RSP and Staff Officers of SLLI Regimental HQ were also associated with the visit.
