SLEME Officers Receive Knowledge on 'Good Practices in Vehicle Servicing'

Officers with mechanical and engineering background serving the Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Regiment (SLEME) had the privilege of participating in a two day-long workshop, organized by the Associated Motorways (Private) Ltd, authorized dealer for Nissan, Suzuki and Yamaha vehicles in Sri Lanka on 'workshop management and good practices in vehicle servicing', held at the AMW auditorium at Union Place, Colombo-02 during 24-25 November following arrangements, made by the Director General Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Major General Ranjan Jayasekera.

The workshop, attended by 20 SLEME Officers dwelt on a variety of aspects, connected to the above topic, and was supported by Mr Stephan Reid-Director (After Sales), Mr Yohan De Soyza-Director (Unit Sales), and Mr Pandula Madugalle, Senior Manager Training and Development who enabled the Army Officers to participate in this project.

Director General Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Major General Ranjan Jayasekera was present at the inaugural occasion.
