An awareness programme on 'Volunteers Assumption of the “Sri Lanka Army Way Forward Strategy 2020 -2025”and the strength Analysis' was conducted on the guidelines given by Major General Sujeewa Senarath Yapa, Commandant, Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force (SLAVF) on 18 August 2022 at the SLAVF Conference Hall at Kosgama.
The programme was conducted by Colonel K.T.R.B Kodippili, Colonel Perspective Planning and Implementation of the Commander's Secretariat who is an expert in the field of study of the “Sri Lanka Army Way Forward Strategy 2020 -2025”.
The endeavour mainly pursued in meeting the administrative readiness for future challenges that would possibly be experienced as an organization subsequent to an array of establishment changes that took place in the aftermath of the war for peace.
Further, the Career Planning Process was one of the thematic components discussed and aimed at empowering the intellectual capital so that valuing the establishment competitively in the contemporary context can be made easy.
