SLASC Completes Housing Project for Senior Non-Commissioned Officer's Family

The Sri Lanka Army Service Corps (SLASC) erected a new house for a deserving family of a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of SLASC and vested it in the family during a simple ceremony on 17 March 2024.

The project was carried out under the guidance of Major General A.K. Rajapaksa RSP, the Master General Ordnance and Colonel Commandant of SLASC. Mr. Dilkaran Rajendra, Mr. Priyankara Withanachchi, Mr. Sampath Peththawadu and Mr. Wimal Thennakoon donated funds for the project under the coordination of Major General R. Rathnasingham (Rtd).

Troops of 4 SLASC provided workforce assistance for the project. Major General A.K. Rajapaksa RSP graced the inauguration ceremony of the new house as the chief guest. Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and donors also took part in the ceremony.
