SLAF 66th Anniversary Exhibition and Tattoo Opened for the Second Day

The 66th Anniversary Exhibition and Tattoo - 2017 of the Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF), air show and the educational exhibition was declared open on Friday (3) at SLAF Base, Ratmalana.

At the invitation of the Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy, HE the President together with Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Commander of the Army, Navy Commander and Inspector General of Police (IGP) graced the second day (4) opening ceremony of the SLAF exhibition and tattoo.

The Chief Guest together with other invitees visited each and every exhibition stall and also watched air demonstrations.

During the tattoo display, a Fly Past, Aerobatic Displays, a Parachute Display, a Display by Regimental Special Forces, an Air Dog Show, a Band and Drill Display, a Cultural Show and a Musical event added colour to the anniversary programme.
