Security Force HQ - Mullaittivu-organized blood donation campaign got underway on account of the Army Day (10 October) at the Kilinochchi Military Hospital.
More than 100 Officers and Other Ranks donated their blood to replenish blood stocks in the Kilinochchi Base Hospital which was affected due to shortage of blood.
On the guidelines given by Major General Sisira Pilapitiya, Commander, Security Forces -Mullaittivu, the General Officer Commanding of the 57 Division organized the campaign on behalf of the SFHQ-MLT.
