Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) organized the donation of three cattle to empower a low-income family in Kilinochchi area on Sunday (28) under the supervision of Major General Amal Karunasekara, Commander, SFHQ-KLN.
During the programme three cattle were donated to Mr Ayyakandu Sandrasekaran who resides in Vivekanandagar in Kilinochchi.
