SFHQ-J Troops Listen to ‘Healthy Life on a Healthy Planet’ Lecture

Troops in the Security Force Headquarters – Jaffna (SFHQ-J) organized a lecture programme on the theme ‘Go Green Towards a Healthy Life on a Healthy Planet’ at the main auditorium at SFHQ-J on Monday (8) on the instructions of Major General Mahesh Senanayake, Commander, Security Forces-Jaffna (SF-J).

Troops were educated on unethical food commercials, E-numbers, nature friendly control methods and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle while protecting the nature.

Mrs Kanchana Weerakoon, President at Eco Friendly Volunteers (Eco-V) conducted the lecture.

Several senior officers, officers, 120 Non-Commissioned Officers and 28 civil employees at the SFHQ-J listened to the lecture.
