Jaffna peninsula-based retired tri-servicemen on Saturday (11) spent the day in a joyful get-together, organized by the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna at Thalsevana Holiday Resort on an initiative taken by the Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna, Major General Ruwan Wanigasooriya.
Those retired military personnel who had completed 22 years of service, having served in the 1980s and 1990s enjoyed the pleasant arrangement, reminiscing their good olden days and past memories. SFHQ-J entertained them to a sumptuous lunch and music provided by Army musicians.
