A brief closing ceremony of the ‘English Language Development Course’ for Other Rankers of the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) saw all 41 attendees receive proficiency certificates on Wednesday (17).
The three-month course started on 10 July 2018 and covered conversational, written and spoken English skills following an initiative taken by the SFHQ-J.
