A three-day symposium on logistics for Officers serving the Regimental Center of the Special Forces (SF) got underway during 8-10 February at the SF Regimental HQ at Naula.
The symposium, aimed at broadening the knowledge on specific subject areas, Logistics in the fields, existing Army procedures and regulations on logistics was initiated by Major General Ranjan Jayasekara, Director General Electrical and Mechanical Engineers at the request of Major General Senarath Yapa, Colonel of the Regiment Special Forces and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army.
More than 50 Officers including the SF RHQ Centre Commandant, SF RHQ Deputy Centre Commandant, Battalion Commanders, Quarter Masters in Battalions and officers attended the symposium.
