A workshop on Art of Effective Communication & Time Management was held at the main conference hall at the Security Forces Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ -KLN) during 24 -25 February.
The two-day workshop was organized on the instruction of Major General Ajith Kariyakarawana, Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi (SF-KLN) with the view to improving Communicative and Time Management skills of officers.
43 Officers including Senior Officers, Commanding Officers and Second in Commanding Officers participated in this workshop held at (SFHQ-KLN).
At the invitation of Commander, SF-KLN the workshop was conducted by Lieutenant Colonel Wasantha Pamunuwa (Retd).
All the participants in the workshop received valuable certificates at the end of the programme from Brigadier Jagath Rathnayake, Brigadier General Staff (BGS) at SFHQ-KLN on behalf of Commander, SF-KLN.
