Security Coordinators Sponsor Dry Ration Packs & Meal Packets

All Officers and Other Ranks, attached to the Senior Security Coordinator’s Office pocketed out their own money and distributed 250 lunch packets and dry ration packs among helpless elders, beggars and several members of the clergy, stranded inside the Kelaniya Raja MahaViharaya premises on Wednesday (1).

Following imposition of curfew hours, needy adults, beggars and a section of pilgrims to the Kelaniya temple remained confined being unable to move out. On the instructions of Senior Security Coordinating Officer, All Ranks collected donations and spent for the social service at this critical need of our society.
