'Sappers 4 X 4 GYMPO - 2016'

The annual Off Road Challenge ‘SAPPERS 4 x 4 GYMPO 2016’ racing event organized by the Sri Lanka Engineers (SLE) kicked off Saturday (17)  morning at the Sapper Off Road Arena at Embilipitiya.

The event was organized in collaboration with the Four Wheel Drivers’ Club of Sri Lanka and the Sri Lanka Motorcycle Riders' Association. Several senior officers and other ranks competed in racing and riding events.

Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander, Security Forces - West graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

Many senior officers, officers, other ranks and civilians gathered to watch the event.
