QMG & MGO Take Stock of Logistic & Admin Needs of the SFHQ-Wanni

Quarter Master General (QMG), Major General G.R.R.P Jayawardena RWP RSP ndu and Master General Ordnance (MGO), Major General W.M.R.W.W.H.J.B Wanigasekara USP of the Army, together with respective staff officers visited the Security Force Headquarters - Wanni (SFHQ-Wanni) on Friday (09) in order to familiarize with logistics and administrative issues pertaining to all under command formations of the Security Force HQ-Wanni.

Staff Officers of the SFHQ-Wanni, General Officer Commanders, Brigade Commanders and Commanding Officers of logistics units of Security Forces - Wanni extended a warm welcome to Major General G.R.R.P Jayawardena RWP RSP ndu and Major General W.M.R.W.W.H.J.B Wanigasekara USP on arrival by presenting ceremonial honours at the entrance.

General Officer Commanding, 56 Infantry Division, Major General H.G.P.M Kariyawasam RSP ndc psc IG, officially welcomed them with a brief introduction. After interactive sessions visiting QMG and MGO together with other relevant officers comprehensively discussed the matters pertaining to logistics and administrative issues in respective formations.

Senior Officers, Staff Officers, Commanding Officers and several Officers participated in the discussions.
