Directorate of Psychological Operations conducted another awareness programme on ‘Child Rights and Domestic Violence’ on the instructions of the Commander of the Army at the 11 Division Headquarters premises on Tuesday (31).
Resources for the project were provided by the Directorate of Psychological Operations and National Child Protection Authority with the coordination of the Director, Directorate of Psychological Operations.
Mr Janaka Udaya Kumara, Assistant Manager (Administration) of National Child Protection Authority delivered a lecture to the occasion.
A total of 175 Army personnel, including 15 officers and 160 other ranks attended the programme.
