Provost Marshal Pays a Visit to the School of Military Police

The Provost Marshal of the Army and Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police (SLCMP), Major General A.C.A de Zoysa USP Hdmc Lsc visited the School of Military Police at Girithale on Sunday (30 July).

Major General A.C.A de Zoysa USP Hdmc Lsc addressed the troops there and explained Military Police duty roles and professionalism of a military policeman. Moreover, he highlighted the importance of having multidimensional training, personal discipline and enhancement of professional knowledge as Provost Officers and Other Ranks.

Afterwards, the Provost Marshal had a look around the camp premises to observe infrastructure facilities available in the school and gave some guidelines to improve the standards of the training establishment.

The School Commandant, Colonel R.M.K.A.S Rajanayake, Senior Officers, Officers and Staff of SMP participated in the event.
