The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Engineer Division, Major General A.H.L.G Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc visited 4 (V) Sri Lanka Engineers (SLE) HQ on 05 June 2023 before he relinquished the appointment of the GOC Engineer Division.
The Commanding Officer 4 (V) Sri Lanka Engineers, Major S.J.M.E.C.D Samarakoon RSP USP psc welcomed him on arrival.
Afterwards, Major General A.H.L.G Amarapala RWP RSP ndu psc, addressed the troops of the 4 SLE and appreciated the commendable support given by troops specially in nation-building tasks and all construction work of the Army during his tenure.
Afterwards, he was invited to plant a sapling inside the camp premises to remember his visit, An All Rank tea brought the days' visit to an end.
