Troops of the 593 Infantry Brigade of the 59 Infantry Division of the Security Force HQ-Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) with sponsorship received from the 1975-80 group of Old Anandians of Colombo Ananda College distributed school accessories and essentials among 91 needy students at Kokilai Vidyalaya in Mullaittivu on Monday (27 Feb).
Colonel Chinthaka Wijenayaka, Commander 593 Infantry Brigade instructed the troops of the 19 Gemunu Watch to organize the distribution ceremony.
Colonel Chinthaka Wijenayaka, Commander 593 Brigade graced the occasion as the Chief Guest together with old Anandians, Commanding Officer of 19 GW, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of the 593 Infantry Brigade.
