Officers & Other Ranks at SFHQ-Cen Receive Training in Yoga

A workshop on Yoga, designed to enhance mental and physical efficiency and spirituality of Army personnel is now underway at the Security Force Headquarters – Central (SFHQ-Cen) as the 2nd stage, organized by the Directorate of Psychological Operations.

Former veteran actress, Ms Anoja Weerasinghe is conducting the project. Its 1st stage was held at Panagoda during 10 - 20 May 2019.
