Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva states on a directive of HE the President, Gotabaya Rajapaksa, the Tri-services which are facilitating the quarantine process in the East with Health Ministry and Ministry of Defence officials would not charge any fees from passengers, to be sent to quarantine centres.
