Newly-Promoted Major General T.A Peiris Receives Symbols of Authority from Commander of the Army

Recently promoted Major General T.A. Peiris ptsc of Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers paid a formal courtesy call on the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu, on 26 February 2024 where he received the symbols of his authority and exchanged greetings with the Army Chief at the Commander's Office.

After engaging in cordial interactions and exchanging well wishes, the Commander of the Army presented a General's sword to Major General T.A. Peiris ptsc symbolizing his elevated position.
