A newly-constructed modern Kitchen Complex for Other Ranks’ Mess at Security Force Headquarters – Jaffna (SFHQ-J) was opened by the Commander Security Forces - Jaffna, Major General Dharshana Hettiarrachchi on Saturday (6).
