New Juice Counter at Army Canteen, Now Open for All Ranks

With the objective of raising nutrient standards and providing All Ranks serving the Army Heaquarters at Sri Jayawardenepura with fresh fruit juices, the Sri Lanka Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU) on a proposal made by Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army, put up a separate juice counter at the main cafeteria in the Army HQ and opened it on Thursday (11).

Mrs Sujeewa Nelson, President of Army Seva Vanitha Unit was there to see it opened in the canteen which would serve as a source of natural nourishment to the troops at reasonable price.
