New Director Ordnance Service Takes Office

Brigadier Priyantha Weerasingha of the Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps (SLAOC) assumed office on Monday (7) as the 16th Director, Directorate of Ordnance Services at the Army Headquarters during a brief ceremony.

The newly-appointed Director Ordnance Services amid brief religious observances, left his signature in an official document, signifying the acceptance of his new office.

Staff Officers in the Directorate and Other Ranks attended the inauguration of the office.
