New CSD Director General Greets Commander

The newly-appointed Director General of Civil Security Department (CSD), Air Vice Marshal R.S Biyanwila VSV USP MBA (UK) ndc (Ind) psc, paid a courtesy call on Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu, Commander of the Army on Tuesday (17) at the Army HQ.

During the cordial meeting, Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage, Commander of the Army extended his best wishes to the new appointee and exchanged views on matters of relevance. Air Vice Marshal R.S Biyanwila VSV USP MBA (UK) ndc (Ind) psc, Director General who in turn briefly outlined the status quo and ongoing roles and tasks of the Civil Security Department in general.
