Brigadier Lalith Herath assumed office as the new Commander of the Signal Brigade on Friday (29) during a simple ceremony.
In accordance with military traditions, Brigadier Lalith Herath reviewed the Guard Turnout on his arrival after he was welcomed by the Brigade Staff.
Then, the newly appointed Commander Signal Brigade symbolically signed an official document to signify the acceptance of the new appointment amidst religious observances.
