Brigadier Lakshman Fernando assumed office as the new Commander, Forward Maintenance Area - North on Thursday (15). He placed his signature in an official document to mark the assumption of duties, amidst chanting of ‘Seth Pirith’ in the presence of Staff Officers.
He planted a coconut sapling to mark the event and addressed the troops under command to the Forward Maintenance Area - North.
