New Commander, FMA-North Begins Duties

Brigadier S.A Pathirana RSP of the Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (SLEME) assumed office as Commander, Forward Maintenance Area - North (FMA-North) on Wednesday (19) at his office in Kankesanturai.

He placed his signature in the first official document to mark the formal assumption of his new office, amidst chanting of ‘Seth Pirith’ by monks in the presence of Staff Officers and Other Ranks.

After assuming duties, he sat for a group photograph with Staff Officers before he addressed the troops.
