Brigadier A.S Wickramasekara assumed office as the 31st Brigade Commander of the 515 Brigade in Kankesanthurai under the Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) on Wednesday (30).
The newly-appointed Brigade Commander was greeted to a Guard Turn Out on arrival at the main entrance.
Afterwards, he left his signature in an official document amidst religious blessings.
