Nawatkuli Lakdaru Pre-School Kids thru 52 Infantry Division Get Incentives

26 kids learning at Nawatkuli Lakdaru Pre-School in the Jaffna peninsula were the recipients of school accessories and water bottles, thanks to the generosity of US-based Mr Ravi Ravindran through the coordination of the Old Boys’ Association of Sri Vajiragnagna Dhamma School at Bambalapitiya and Maharagama.

Troops of the 52 Infantry Division together with the 523 Infantry Brigade and 11 Field Engineer Regiment organized the distribution of those incentives including T-shirts, tables, chairs and saris for teachers, school uniforms. The sponsors in addition installed a water purification unit inside the school compound since those kids were without proper drinking water.

A simple ceremony saw the Commanding Officer, Officers and Other Rankers of the 11 Field Engineer Regiment distributing those incentives at the preschool compound under the guidance of the Commander 52 Infantry Division and Commander 523 Infantry Brigade.
