MULLAITTIVU: SRI LANKA Navy Fast attack crafts and the Special Boat Squadron (SBS) boats observed two Sea Tiger boats moving towards the advancing ground troops in the sea off MULLAITTIVU adjacent to the “No Fire Zone” around 4.30 a.m. on Monday (27). Naval crafts intercepted those two boats and directed gunfire at those two boats while completely destroying one boat and causing heavy damages to the other.
Navy confirmed that four Sea Tigers were killed in the attack and no casualties among sailors were reported.
